Braisseryy started as a family owned business, in Vitoria, Brazil. Its predecessor was a small food truck called Baixo Restauranto, Agradavel, Satisfaito, Ter Saude, and was originally owned by Mustafa and his wife Natalia. Mustafa and Natalia’s food truck specialized in serving chicken with only fresh ingredients.
In 2001 Mustafa and Natalia’s grandson, Emad Masoud discovered his passion for cooking, and Flavor Engineering, which made him interested in studying, and discovering new, healthy, flavorful way to cook chicken. Emad was interested in figuring out how to make the chicken crispy, grilled, and roasted, while also making it low in fat and gluten free. Not only did he want to make the chicken healthy and flavorful, he also wanted to stay true to his roots, and use Brazilian flavors, with a hint of Middle Eastern influences/tastes.
Emad studied with some of the best chefs, in 34 different countries, which caused him to discover the Braiseryy secret formula, and lead to the birth of Braiseryy Restaurant. The special, secret seasoning, and the magic process, invented by founder Emad Masoud gave Braiseryy chicken a unique flavor. Braiseryy Chicken is always juicy, and never greasy. It’s also healthier than fast food.
