It is never too late for breakfast. Australian Chef Roland Graham helms the kitchen with an impressive track record of over 35 years of culinary experience
Tucked away in a cozy corner of the Shaw Foundation Alumni House along Kent Ridge Drive, Late Plate is touted as one of the under-the-radar bistros to watch out for this year.
Australian Chef Roland Graham helms the kitchen with an impressive track record of over 35 years of culinary experience spanning Singapore, Bangkok, New York and Doha. Trained in the 5-star Sheraton Hotel Sydney, Chef Roland counts amongst his many achievements positions as Head Chef of “The Australian “ in Manhattan, New York, and Executive Chef of Sareeraya Koh Samui and a prominent dining establishment in Singapore. His long-awaited return to Singapore has created a buzz in the local food industry and media.
Chef Roland promises a radical take on the all-day breakfast concept and an original approach to the modern bistro with a distinctly Asian-inspired twist. No effort has been spared in the selection of choice ingredients for the freshest and highest quality. Fans of Chef Roland will be able to recognise his signature style as he brings fresh and surprising flavours to classic breakfast dishes.
Understated décor and raw furnishing make the bistro an inviting hangout amidst the whirl of campus activity. Late Plate offers the charm of a laid-back dining experience that packs a punch with its contemporary and creative menu offerings.
