Head Chef Ming worked in many famous Chinese restaurant in the past before joining the Golden Phoenix. Such as Mr Chan's in Hanley, Peach in Newcaslte, Buffet Fever in Tunstall and The Dragon Inn Crewe.
With years of training in China, Ming is one of the few that can do the Traditional Cantonese cusine. If you are looking for the true oriental favour, the Golden Phoneix is the place to visit.
The manager Alan Tsui has got years in the hospitality trade. Working before at Dragon Inn, Empire Club Haslington, Leopard in Nantwich, Imperial Dragon in Altrincham, Dragon Palace in Hanley Stoke. He is passonate about food and he specialise in organising large parties - he is full of suprises and ideas!
