hortense x humus is a creative urban dining experience located in the heart of Brussels.
FOOD We want to share with you exceptional organic or sustainably grown food thanks to our own urban garden, and some small producers located near the city. The kitchen adapts to reflect, what is locally grown, to the seasons as well and of course any dietary needs of our guests.
We offer you a daily selection of fresh products from âMonde des mille couleursâ garden created by Dries Delanote. To ensure you only the very best, we limit the number of plates so we can start the day with a fresh picking.
COCKTAILS Pairing with the food from the kitchen, we create a sustainable cocktails list. We have selected spirits that are natural, organic or biodynamic. We cook our own syrups, vermouths and shrubs⊠This menu also includes non-alcoholic home made drinks, organic wines, slow coffee and infusions.
